Two CDs were used as wheel.
One IR proximity detects the presence of hand and switch on the motor.
Repetitive placement of forces to a complete rotation .
During full rotation the the ground will reflect IR sensor and it'll switch on the motor again.
Best part no arduino or microcontroller is used.
