- trash collecting (float by or actively search for trash) hubs/recyclers
- energy generating from the movements of the waves
- sterling engine with a crap ton of magnets, that are computer controlled (on/off magnetic fields)
- desalination (reuse water for plants or pumped to a tanker/hub)
- aquatic observation/temp housing - hubs
- temperature regulating via heating/cooling of the water temps (super capacitors/liquid battery - liquid oxygen/nitrogen generators) to generate better weather conditions - fresnel lens as additional booster of heating potential.
- maybe some peltier devices for the meh factor...
