Vantec hx4r repair

Hi,

I am working on this repair. The second drive does not get detected so I took it apart. There is one part un particular that has burnt. The part would be N520 but I am unsure of what to look for as replacement. Can anybody help me?

JX9005 20MNMR N520 SOT 23 Replace the electrolytes too.
