I just received my shopping cart for the prize.

I hope I can teach my young son to solder more safely than with my old JBC from the 70's.

The other is a 6mm lens for the raspberry pi HQ camera I had bought without a lens.

Thanks to tariq.ahmad and to all the element14 team.

Now, I will have to lash-up an IOT trophy to set on my bookcase image,  perhaps an esp8266 + display pinging my E14 reputation page? lol

Wow, grand prize. Thank you. I am overwhelmed.

It must have been difficult to select the winners. They are very good projects and with great effort behind them. I have enjoyed and learned a lot from the dougw project, analyzing the circuit and trying to understand it. I can only say thank you, Douglas. I have also enjoyed scottiebabe 's explanations although I must admit that I am not yet able to follow all of them. And I have no words for Murphy's impressive fart. Thanks robogary you made me feel happy at that moment.

Very good ideas in the other projects, thanks for sharing. The thermal camera really caught my attention and I have in mind several projects for the safety of elderly people in which that sensor, MLX90640,  is going to be one of my candidates. Thanks fmilburn.

Sean_Miller RA Cam with Human AI would allow to obfuscate the identity of people detected in real time to comply with privacy laws in regions such as Europe.

Thanks to everyone who has collaborated in the selection of the projects and keeps the element14 community healthy.

And finally thanks to the great element14 team for all the extra work these competitions must entail.
