I have designed an PCB holder for the EnOcean Sensors. This PCB would help to mount the sensors on the doors, windows and other desired locations.

imageimage

Thanks to EnOcean for the Additional PTM200C module, Rockers cases , STM320C enclosure and the connectors.

Actually I missed to order the 1.27mm pitch connectors, so EnOcean sent me a couple of spare 1.27mm connectors.

They also sent me a small enclosure for the STM320C this helped me to design this PCB and fit the first sensor on my door.

Thanks a lot to EnOcean and Element 14 for extending support.

The PCB has been shipped, I will post an update one I receive them. In the mean time if any one else want this PCB design files, just drop me a line in IM.

I have also received the Oscilloscope it works great as an RF sniffer and noise sensor. Also the EOP350 is a great debug tool.

Now coming to the down sides:

The LRN function on the TCM 320C is unable to support Mode 3. I have tried setting the reference voltage to 25% VDD IO to setup the mode. However the mode behavior when LRN button is press remains the same as Mode 2.

I need to Mode 4 to utilize the 4 Channels for the PTM200C modules to be able to control the electrical outlet.

The next problem would be how to control the TCM 310 module from the EnOcean Pi to remotely turn On and Off the electrical outputs.

Currently these two are the major bottle necks in my design.

I request support from the community and EnOcean to solve these issues. I have already posted two questions in the Discussion area, please share in case any one has some solution ideas.

Where did you find the enclosures for the sensors? I was looking both as Farnell and the EnOcean website, and came up empty. Or do you have secret connection inside EnOcean?

EnOcean (and element14) people are very helpful. You'd be amazed what you can achieve just by asking around Frederick

    Hi There,

The TCM320C does support all the modes. Make sure the correct votlage is on ADIO0 at start up and reset.

To control the TCM320C from a TCM310C you will just need to emulate a Rocker switch (RPS telegrams). Simply grab the data and status and send the same thing but with the ID set to 0x00000000. This is a placeholder for the chip id.

Actually I requested Dr Christian for help, then he connected me to EnOcean support.

They helped me sample one of the enclosures and I design a PCB to do the similar thing as this enclosure.
