Kids Invent Stuff

If you're trying to get your kids into designing, inventing and making stuff then I can thoroughly recommend the Kids Invent Stuff YouTube channel or following them on Twitter.

I've got no connection to them other than the fact that my son Daniel recently won their Treehouse Challenge and they brought his prototype Lego driveable treehouse to life. They do something similar every month.

Their current one is really good. Kids design and send in one piece of a "Rube Goldberg" machine and they'll join a load of them up into a large one. My kids are already sketching out some ideas.

Hi David, I'd not seen that channel before, thanks for the link! Looks like a lot of interesting stuff there. Nice to see people making an effort with the next generation like they are.
