Over on element14 Education Services blog there's a great new interview just been posted with Dan Sofer, who created the UK's first free coding school for adults, which is primarily staffed by former students working to pass along the skills they learned at Founders & Coders.
It's a fascinating set up that seems to adopt the principles of open-source coding to deliver a great educational initiative to people who really need it. Anyway, check out the interview and let me know your thoughts and feelings on it in the comments below.
