Well still waiting for some parts to arrive. I want to do some catch op on the project. The lecture cam will use some parts of my senior project I am working on. I call it P-TRAC. P-TRAC stands for Personal Automated Camera. The device will use a smart phone to link with a base to move to follow the subject. The great part of the base is it can be modified by the user! I plan to publish software, and make it flexible so others can build and tweak the build as they like. I plan to make a Arduino comparable shield to interface with servos and possibly stepper-motors.
