I'm looking at a pinout chart for an ESP8266 provided by www.esp8266learning.com/wemos-d1-esp8266-base. It mentions Pull-up for D8 (GPIO0) and D9 (GPIO2). Is this telling me the pull-ups are hard wired for those pins, or do they require the pull-up phrase in the "settup" code. Can that phrase be used for some of the other GPIO pins?
