Due to some encoding issues, the recap is a bit late, but better than never! Here's another summary of what happened on day 1 at ESC. No, don't think I'll be making to Chicago, sorry Drew. Too many other things that have already been scheduled. Plus I think I need to take a break on the ESCs for a while, they can't create new courses for all the times I've been now! :-)

Well done, Chris! Glad you were able to make it out to California for the first time. That area is a special place in my experience.

Will ya being coming to ESC here in Chicago in June?

I agree, very good summary. Make sure you sample the fresh seafood in the area. You will not be disappointed.
