Impress Sensors & Systems has announced the launch of a new range of pressure sensor modules that can be integrated into existing machine designs and instrumentation.
The DSK 701C is a ready-to-assemble programmable ceramic pressure sensor module offering low pressure ranges and extremely high overpressure resistance.
An optional configuration kit is also available to broaden the range of functions the product can perform and the devices come ATEX-prepared as standard, meaning they can be installed without additional certification.
Sam Drury, sales and marketing director at Impress Sensors & Systems, said customers who have their own electronics may still require a ready-to-mount, low-cost pressure sensor module.
"The pressure sensor module will have a wide appeal amongst OEMs and specialist machine builders, from waste water, sewerage and marine applications, through to manufacturers of inkjet printers," he commented.
Earlier in the year Aldermaston-based Impress released a new range of process indicators and panel meters for temperature sensors, voltage and current output devices.
