The UK Trade and Investment Tradeshow Access Programme offers funding support for eligible small and medium-sized firms to attend trade shows overseas.
Grants varying from £1000 to £1800 are offered to over 3,000 UK businesses each year.
The convention will take place in Amsterdam from September 10th to 14th and is expected to include keynote speeches by Saul J. Berman of IBM Global Business Services and Arnaud Simon, broadcast director of Eurosport.
Last year saw the event attract more than 49,000 visitors from more than 130 countries.
One major focus for this year's attendees will be how to develop 3D technology.
Organisers say it is no longer a gimmick but instead a "reality that is generating a revolution in the film, media and sports industries and is set to make a huge impact in the home".
