Honeywell has announced that it has expanded its ASDX Series of silicon pressure sensors with ultra-low pressure ranges.
The new sensors include additional signal conditioning integrated within the product, which allows customers to remove components associated with signal conditioning from the PC board to free up space and reduce costs.
Providing a fast, highly-accurate, amplified and conditioned pressure reading, the Application Specific Integrated Circuit-based design also features ratiometric 12-bit analogue output and its temperature range allows for easy integration into standard electronic circuits.
Suitable for use with non-corrosive, non-ionic working fluids such as air and dry gases, the ASDX Series pressure sensors are fully-calibrated and temperature compensated for sensor offset, sensitivity, temperature effects and non-linearity.
Honeywell offers a wide range of products from snap action, limit, toggle and pressure switches to position, speed and airflow sensors and serves the industrial, aerospace, transportation, medical and testing and measurement sectors.
