The devices are available in four sizes suitable for applications in measuring instruments, industrial controls, medical treatment, broadband communication and consumer electronics.
They also feature precision tolerance and are ultra-low temperature coefficient.
Vincent Hu, president of global sales business group at Yageo, said that there is an increasing demand for precision resistors that can withstand the heat generated by circuit boards.
"Resistors possessing precision tolerance and ultra-low temperature coefficient characteristics are one of the most effective solutions and are available mostly in existing thin film resistors," he added.
Samples of the new products have already been sent to the company's major customers and mass production is now underway.
In other new product news, Baumer launched a new retro-respective sensor FRDK 14 earlier this month that is designed for use on transparent objects.
