An international trade fair for the light-emitting diode (LED) sector is being held in Seoul, South Korea.
It started on Tuesday (June 22nd) and will run until Friday, with keynote speakers from a host of companies and institutions offering their insights into the field, Yonhap News reports.
Headline speakers at the event will include leading international lighting designer Motoko Ishii and Shuji Nakamura, a professor at the materials department of the college of engineering at University of California, Santa Barbara.
It will bring together delegates from 270 companies across 26 countries and hopes to showcase the growing export market for LEDs.
Meanwhile, a report has been published by ReportLinker highlighting the main trends to be seen in the LED sector at present.
It is now available online and includes forecasts for revenue growth up to 2016 for companies in the industry.
