During the hour-long webcast, Honeywell Sensing and Control’s Pressure Sensor Global Product Marketing Manager AJ Smith will discuss Honeywell’s latest TruStability Silicon Pressure Sensors, comprised of the HSC and SSC Series. The new sensors are for use in potential industrial and medical applications. They come with an industry-leading stability that helps prevent drift over time; temperature compensated and calibrated to provide an extremely tight accuracy specification; a flexible design offers a wide variety of package styles and options.
The webcast will comprise a 45-minute online presentation followed by a 15-minute Q&A session. The session also will be archived after the event and can be accessed by visiting http://www.element-14.com/community/groups/technology-training-webinars. This webcast will be ideal for electronic design engineers and students who want to stay current with the latest sensor technologies.
Topics in the full session will include but are not limited to:
§ What sensor technology is / isn’t
§ Why TruStability Silicon Pressure Sensors’ long-term stability is the best in the industry
§ How these devices can help reduce your production costs
§ How these sensors can eliminate the need to recalibrate for you and your end-user
“TruStability Silicon Pressure Sensors provide our customers with the highest level of stability as compared to other equivalent products available today,” said AJ Smith, Honeywell Sensing and Control’s Pressure Sensor Global Product Marketing Manager. “They measure absolute, differential, and gage pressures, and are intended for use with non-corrosive, non-ionic working fluids such as air and dry gases.”
