Wireless communication customers may be interested to hear that Motorola has begun selling its new Atrix Android smartphone in the UK.
Some 420 Orange mobile phone stores will initially stock the Froyo 2.2 handset.
It has been confirmed that the network provider will offer the Motorola Atrix for free from £35-a-month with 600 minutes of calltime, 750MB of data and unlimited text messaging.
In addition to this, the handset will come with an optional accessory set including a Bluetooth keyboard, mouse and remote control.
And as a loyalty bonus, the HD Media Dock will be free to existing customers upgrading.
Meanwhile, the Wi-Fi equipment market is expected to see more than nine per cent compound annual growth rate (CAGR) from 2011 to 2016.
This is according to research conducted by ABI Research, which said that the enterprise segment will contribute the bulk of the growth at more than 21 per cent CAGR.
