Widespread reports have suggested that Samsung, Google and Sprint are investigating customer complaints about poor connection and unexplained photo deletion in the Nexus S smartphone, wireless communication device manufacturers may be interested to learn.
Speaking to Computer World, a spokesperson for Sprint said that the companies are aware of the problems, adding they are in the process of investigating them.
"We are aware of the connectivity reports being brought forward by a small number of Nexus S 4G customers," a Sprint spokesperson said in an emailed notification.
"Google, Sprint and Samsung are examining these reports and though we have not yet been able to identify any specific causes, we are working to determine exactly what our customers are experiencing."
In other industry news, HTC confirmed recently that its sales for May reached £860 million, more than double the same month a year earlier.
The monthly sales of the Taiwanese firm compared with £400 million a year ago and £820 million in April.
