Rhianna Collier, vice-president for the software division at SIIA, observed that customers expect the flexibility and scalability that you get with cloud and SaaS solutions, wireless communication device users may be interested to learn.
"If you cannot provide this type of service you will struggle to grow your business," she remarked. "We are seeing this does not just apply to IT companies anymore, cloud and SaaS solutions are benefiting all industries."
Last week, Michael Woolstrum, chief executive officer of Touch International, said that businesses are looking for touch products that are easy to implement and are intuitive to use.
The touchscreen is an efficiency tool to enable business operations, he noted.
"We find touchscreen applications simplifying virtually every area of the marketplace, from military and medical, to grocery and restaurants," Mr Woolstrum explained.
