An employment expert has hailed the advantages of using a smartphone to search for a new job, wireless communication device users may be interested to learn.
A spokesperson from Jobsite.co.uk, a leading UK online recruitment site, dedicated to helping you find your next job, observed it is important to stay positive when job hunting.
There is, he observed, a wealth of different resources online to make it as easy as possible for job hunters.
"Smartphones enable people to look for jobs wherever and whenever they like, and apply for jobs as soon as they get posted online; giving candidates an edge in a competitive job market," he added.
This comes shortly after a parenting expert observed that smartphones can be an important tool for parents to stay in touch with their children while they are away at university.
Judith Reith, parenting coach at parentingpeople.co.uk, made the claim after research from O2 Home Broadband revealed that 60 per cent of parents are dreading the onset of 'empty nest syndrome'.
