New data from industry regulator Ofcom has revealed that TalkTalk is the most complained about provider of broadband and phone services, wireless communication device users may be interested to learn.
From April to June, the operator confirmed that TalkTalk was subject to most complaints, while Virgin attracted the fewest.
Despite this, Ofcom observed that TalkTalk had got better since its last report.
In response to the news, Talk Talk said: "It's encouraging that Ofcom's data demonstrates that, following the Tiscali integration, the service we offer our customers has significantly improved in the last quarter with the number of complaints as a percentage of customers dropping by over 50 per cent."
TalkTalk said that it is committed to providing good service, adding: "We're confident that our customers are beginning to see the benefits of the changes we continue to make."
Earlier this month, it was confirmed that smartphone shipments outstripped feature phone shipments in Western Europe during the second quarter of 2011.
