Google Glasses Make Another Appearance This time on the other co-founder

Soon after Google announced Project Glass, its concept for futuristic glasses, co-founder Sergey Brin was

spotted (and photographed) at a charity dinner wearing them.

This week, Google’s CEO (and other co-founder) Larry Page wore the glasses as he spoke at Zeatgeist 2012:

Actually, it’s only Google Glass, as opposed to “glasses”. Page notes that this is the case because the glass is

only on one side.

“It’s still in a bit of an early stage, but I’m still excited to have one, and have it working,” Page told the audience,

adding, “It doesn’t yet show me all of your names, but I’m really glad that you’re all here.”

It is important to remember that Google Glass is indeed only in its early stages, and does not do all the stuff in

Google’s concept video:

They don’t do augmented reality yet, but clearly Google is aiming high with these things (contact lenses may even

emerge at some point). Google seems to really be promoting them, either way, as evidenced by Page speaking

while wearing them.
