Thank you for the badge.
I was surprised today to discover that I receive a level I & II and two badge for Support Help. I was humbled to be included in the group of community members that hold the badge.
I see many posts that I am unable to respond to because of lack of knowledge. I empathize with the the individual that has made the post. I have been in the situation where one small shred of information that I am missing could lead me to success. Someone has to know this!
My thanks again to the community for the acknowledgement. I hope I can continue to contribute a small part to helping others succeed.
