They’re keen to speak with people who use our online stores to guide them on how to improve their website experience.

As a thank you, you would be given an amount of money or possibly a voucher when you complete a research session.
By joining the Research panel you’d be part of an expert group of users who would have their say in the design & look of the website. All you need is a laptop or desktop PC with audio & video recording capabilities & an hour of your time.
Research sessions are running each month through the year and involve speaking to a researcher via video call to provide some honest feedback. All responses given in the research will be confidential & stored within GDPR guidelines.
