Santa brought me a low power laser module for Christmas 
. It is a 5.5W 445nm blue laser kit that is an accessory for my Genmitsu 3018 Pro CNC router https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RV8TG18/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 . I'm going to use it to do engraving and lightweight cutting.
I'm going to install LaserGRBL and play around with that before I actually try running the laser. I'll post about my experiences next year as I get everything working.
