I just received my Secret Santa present (not quite what was intended) - thanks to redcharly , dychen , and E14.
The intended gift was an Arduino Nano 33 BLE, but those were on backorder and the availability date kept slipping - so Dave let me pick something else. I tried to find an equivalent Dev board that was in stock (and one that I would use), but had no luck.
So, here's my Secret Santa gift - Adafruit PiTFT 2.2" HAT Mini Kit - 320x240 2.2" TFT - No Touch.
It's actually a perfect fit for an RPi3 A+ that I have. Some assembly required (need to solder on the header) and also need to install a device tree overlay and some configuration options, so I'll put that in a separate post in the Raspberry Pi area later on. There's some words in the installation instructions about possible Bullseye OS compatibility, so I may try on an older image first.
Merry Christmas in March!!
