Hi,
We’re running a research study to better understand how customers use live chat and customer support when they need help across Farnell, Newark or element14.
We’re looking for customers who would be willing to record short diary entries over a 6 - 8 week period whenever they need help or support from us. This could include things like using live chat, trying to find support, asking about products or quotes, being redirected to another support route, or receiving a follow up after a previous interaction.
The study will be completed remotely, at a time that suits you. You’ll simply record your experiences through a short online form whenever something happens during the study period. We may also invite you to take part in a short follow up conversation to understand your experience in more detail.
As a thank you for taking part, customers who complete the study will receive a £100 Amazon voucher, or local equivalent.
The start date is still to be confirmed, but we’re currently looking for people who may be interested in taking part.
If you’d like to be considered, please complete the short sign up form below:
Your feedback will help us understand what is working well, where customers may be getting stuck, and how we can improve live chat and support across our websites.
Thanks!
