  • Hello Atlanta,

    I looked at this and I have two comments:

    1) The pictures in the survey are of such poor quality that no rational opinion can be expressed.

    2) You are using a Microsoft tool to do these surveys and like all Microsoft products it is hijacking your contact with me to try and promote more Microsoft services. There are many, many survey tools available - could you please use one that does not treat you reasonable contact with customers as an opportunity to spam them.

    I won't be looking at the other two surveys you posted.

    I apologise for the issues you experienced with the survey, particularly regarding the picture quality. We’ll ensure this is reviewed and improved in future surveys.

    Regarding your concern about using Microsoft Forms, I understand your frustration. Due to company policy, we are currently required to use Microsoft Forms for conducting research. However, I will make sure your feedback about the tool’s limitations is passed along to the relevant team for consideration.
