We’re running a short usability test to explore a new way of logging in. The session will take around 10-15 minutes to complete, and your feedback will directly help us improve the experience.

    Ah yes, we have reached the maximum number of people to take part in this specific study. Apologies.

    For future reference, a smaller window usually pops up once you click 'Open' and will walk you through each exercise step by step. 
    I haven't seen this issue happen before, so I'm not too sure what to advise other than to check if you have pop ups blocked or if it has appeared somewhere else on your desktop and is being hidden by something.

    The platform we use, Lookback, does have a Help section which you may be able to find answers: https://help.lookback.io/en
