We're looking for customers to take part in a research interview to help shape the future of the Farnell brand.
During the session, you'll work through each task and speak aloud your thoughts around a couple of potential brand concepts. We'll ask for your honest opinions on what they communicate, how well they reflect your experience with Farnell, and which direction you feel works best.
There are no right or wrong answers, we're simply interested in your genuine feedback.
Session details:
- Session Type: Unmoderated Study (you will go through the questions in your own time and pace)
- Format: Online via Lookback (Check device requirements here)
- Incentive: £25 Amazon Voucher (or local equivalent)
- Camera optional. Microphone required.
