We’re running a short survey to explore how our users find help and support on the Farnell online store websites and we’d love your feedback.
What’s in it for you?
- Share your thoughts in our survey and complete a few tasks to receive a £10 Amazon Voucher (or your local equivalent) for completing the survey.
- At the end of the survey, you can also sign up for a short interview for more in-depth feedback and get a £25 Amazon voucher (or equivalent) if selected.
What’s involved?
Start by completing a quick 8-15 minute survey, where you’ll:
- Interact with mockups of our support popup on desktop
- Tell us how easy (or not!) it is to find help or contact support
- Share what labels, layouts, and tools make sense to you
- Help us understand how you search for assistance
At the end of the survey, you’ll have the option to register your interest in a 1:1 follow-up session to dive deeper into your feedback with one of our researchers.
How long will the follow-up session take?
Around 45 minutes, scheduled at a time that suits you.
