Hi,
We’re looking for people to take part in a short online research study about creating an account on a business website.
During the study, you’ll be asked to try a couple of simple account registration tasks and tell us how easy or difficult you find the experience.
The study is unmoderated on Lookback, so you can complete it in your own time, and it should only take around 5-10 minutes.
As a thank you for taking part, you’ll receive a £10 Amazon voucher (or local equivalent) once you’ve completed the study.
Please only complete the study once. We have experienced duplicate responses in previous studies, so any multiple submissions from the same participant will be ignored and will not be eligible for an additional incentive.
There are no right or wrong answers, we’re simply interested in your natural experience and feedback.
