[CLOSED] Product Association Understanding

Hello,

We’re currently looking for participants to take part in a short research study focused on how people understand and interpret product relationships when browsing electronic components online.

This is a survey that takes around 10-15 minutes to complete. There are no right or wrong answers, we’re simply interested in what certain product terms, attributes, and associations naturally mean to you, and how confident you feel using them when comparing or choosing products.

This feedback will help us make product information clearer, more intuitive, and better aligned with how people actually shop.

Ah, I see! I shall chat to cstanton & see what we can do. Thank you for sharing this alternative method. Always looking at how best to collect feedback from the community so i appreciate this.

I will share the definitions with you through private message. These are how we categorise them internally, however, we are looking to see if they match up with what our customers / users define them by...so they may change! It's an education piece for us :)

I may be pushing the limits of interactions the E14 community is attempting. I look through activities and thought can in be done in polling.

Here is a screen shot of a definition matching game. My recollection of the survey was at the end the terms and matching definitions were provided. The survey started by asking questions using your own definition before providing the correct list.

If like above, a poll was made to match product term with product definition, what would be the success rate.

I'm still stuck on the term recommended and can't get past it. Maybe the context of specific vendor making a recommendation vs an industry recommendation mean different.

I think there are disadvantages, if there is a mismatch in definitions between seller in buyer. Again I am way over thinking this. It surprised me I was so far off.

I didn't take notes. Is it possible for you to share outside the forum what each term applied to?
