We have two ways you can share your feedback but please only take part in one. We'll take your first submission as your choice and send you the relevant voucher.
Lookback session:
During the session, you'll answer a few questions about how you shop with us and compare products and be set a few tasks to work through on our site.
- Session Type: Unmoderated Session (you will go through the questions in your own time and pace)
- Format: Online via Lookback (Check device requirements here)
- Incentive: £15 Amazon Voucher (or local equivalent)
- Camera optional. Microphone required.

*Depending on the quality of your session, we reserve the right to withhold the voucher. We’ve had a number of participants skip through tasks or remain silent during their session, which makes the feedback less useful and the session redundant.
