We’re currently looking for participants to take part in a remote user research session to help us improve our account registration and login experience.
The session will last around 40 minutes, and as a thank you for your time, you’ll receive a £25 Amazon voucher (or local equivalent).
If you’re selected, you’ll be asked to walk through a short task on our website while sharing your thoughts. There are no right or wrong answers, we’re simply interested in understanding how people experience our registration process, what works well, and what could be improved.
