  • You can have all the features you like, but the following screenshot is an experience that is all too common on the site, whenever one tries to use multiple filters when searching for a product:

    This is not new. I'm actually not going to report this, because there's been no improvement in this for years, so what's the point in me taking the time to do anything about it, other than simply use a different site that won't keep throwing such errors.

    The amount I spend at Farnell / CPC has probably shrunk to less than half over a year or so, because of these sorts of issues, I tend to now shop elsewhere too. I bet many others do the same thing.

    Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand how frustrating this experience must be, and I want to assure you that the team is aware of the issue. It’s related to bloated cookies, which can sometimes cause these errors when multiple filters are applied.

    We’re actively looking into a resolution, and in the meantime, clearing your cookies or using an incognito window may help as a temporary workaround. That said, we completely understand that this isn't an ideal experience, and we appreciate your patience while we work towards a more permanent fix.
