We're inviting you to take part in an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our platform. As part of our continuous efforts to improve your experience, we're conducting a Tree Testing Exercise and we need your valuable input!
What’s Involved?
Tree testing is a method that helps us understand how easy it is for you to find information on our website. By completing this exercise, you'll be helping us refine the navigation and overall usability of our site.
- Tasks: You’ll be asked to complete 20 simple tasks that involve navigating through a simulated version of our website’s structure.
- Time Commitment: The exercise should take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete.
- Reward: As a token of our appreciation, everyone who completes the exercise will receive a £25 Amazon Voucher (UK).
Important Note
The voucher provided is a UK Amazon Voucher, so participants will need to have an Amazon UK account or be able to redeem it through Amazon UK.

- Receive Your Reward: Once you’ve completed the exercise, we’ll send your Amazon voucher directly to your email.
