We would like to invite you to participate in looking at our API Hub prototype and have a direct impact on the future development of our website tools. Your feedback is crucial in helping us understand your needs and preferences, and improving your overall experience.
The interview session and survey ask similar questions about how you work as a developer, how you use APIs and then asks your opinion on our prototype. Your input will guide us in prioritising and refining these features to better meet your requirements.
Your participation is crucial to help us shape the future of our tools and provide you with an enhanced user experience. Rest assured that all responses will remain confidential and used only for research purposes.
Requirements:
- You are based in the UK or US (or can redeem Amazon vouchers on the UK/US site)
- You are a developer and have worked with APIs
- You may have worked with third parties to integrate APIs
- You don't mind your voice and screen being recorded (all data will be used for internal purposes and not shared)

Method: Survey or Interview

Note:
- Survey is open until 26th January.
- Interviews will be up to 60 minutes long.
- Interviews will be held on the following: Fri, January 12th: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM GMT & Mon, January 15th: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM GMT
- Survey may ask for permission for your microphone.
- Your screen may be asked to be recorded during both the survey and the interview sessions so we can understand how you interact with the prototype.
- All data will be deleted by end of March 2024 and will only be used for analysis purposes and not shared elsewhere.
*Both survey and interviews will be included in the chance to receive a voucher. Vouchers can be used on the US or UK Amazon site. Only enter if you can redeem on these sites.
