    Yea, it easy to trick people when you deal with a power you cannot see.

     

    To some people, electro-magnetism is just plain magic.  It flows through the air, it follows wires and it can jump from one set of wires to another.  That's as close to magic as anyone can define.

     

    I remember the time we fired up our first chemical laser only to have its EMP knockout the computer.  We had to build a full faraday cage around the laser before we could turn it back on.

     

    Science really is fun, you never know what new things you will find every day.

    Nice one... reminds me of guest on The Amp Hour this week which talked about doing RF with through hole back in the day was terrible as everything turned into an antenna.
