Best Learning Method

Which learning method provides you with the best knowledge retention?

I am interested to know if techies thrive on different methods than non-techies.

  • I'm going to combine the items on your list that involve human interaction, whether that be Instructor lead courses, Interactive tutor and debate and discuss. What appears to be at play is, I take in knowledge for processing and then seek to resolve questions from the praxis.

     

    I do have success with the other methods but not to the extent that I have with interaction. I know online and self directed training is an ideal cost saving solution. I just found it didn't work for me.
