Good day, I hope all are safe and well during these capricious times. I hope this is not too long.
I wanted to introduce myself to share and get feedback on some hobby hacking I am doing, as well as network for my industry.
I am a principal engineer for a network systems integrator, primarily focused for the past 15+yrs on commercial and enterprise cellular DAS and large venues such as the past few Super Bowl stadiums.
Previous life experience, career and personal, in all physical network and electronics aspects. Minor board level repair, hardware build to LAN and Wi-Fi infrastructure and corporate roll outs with some coding basics starting with Basic and C+, and now into as many new languages as I can find time for, crammed in with a 2 year run as a business owner.
I am currently in a unique Dev Ops/Engineering management role of a small support team that handles tasks from complex engineering, GCP management and integration, internal and customer facing app dev and integration across software design tools and company teams, and directives such as 5G, pLTE CBRS, IIoT, Cloud, Edge, Fog deployments, core to edge MoP and testing and repository.
In my personal time I am working on edge IoT projects that I can use in my personal life and to gain or maintain further understanding of both my passion and my career.

I am currently full time in an RV ( have been since before the pandemic ) and ultimately all of my crazy tasks are derived from one goal and many possible business models. To know true cost per bit, engineered vs utilized, across all technologies and solutions.
Business model ideas already have some traction due to the current funding and concerns, but include topics such as Public safety, work from x, no contact services, utility monitoring, etc. for public and private RV parks, State and National Parks and services. Private off the grid to master planned cabin or vacation properties.
I would like to hear your input and open dialogues to further achieve this goal and continue to build.
