My version is: someone's asked me a question, and I'm fumbling with two separate buttons to unmute my mic and trying to divine which order I should press them in to get it to work.

LOL - we must have the same work IT. And as much as it annoys me I have never tried to find what combination works properly....I think it works Thursday afternoon best
