I'm a new member

Hello,

My name is Tim.  My cousin, Dawn, suggested I join the Element 14 community so I could learn more about electronics & robotics.  I am a homeschooled student and spend a lot of time building robots.  I'm working on a biped robot using an Arduino Micro.

I built a robot with an Arduino Uno and wrote instructions on how to build it on Instructables this week.  (http://www.instructables.com/id/My-First-Arduino-Robot/).

My latest challenge is trying to get lightweight onboard power for my biped robot.

Thank you for letting me join this group.

Tim

    Welcome Tim,

We try to help all who ask, so don't worry about any "dumb" questions.

There is nothing dumb about seeking information and you probably will ask questions that others are too embarrassed to ask.

Remember, we are all newbies at something.

That is the fun of learning.

    Not sure John had one...

I thought Minion avatars were the domain of the TM group ..although others have jumped aboard lately.

We might have to adopt a special handshake now ....image
