Where can I find the pinouts for micro controllers? Specifically BK3254.

    It seems like it's a pinout for a module that uses this chip, not particular chip in question.

     

    p.s. Polaroid PBT641 Bluetooth Speaker uses the said chip, but in SMD DIP package.

    The chip has the code "BK3254SS280" Which I think stands for "BK3254, Single Sided version, 28 pin"

    Pin 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 25, 26, 27 looks like they're NC on this circuit.

    Pin 5 is connected to BT antenna.

    Pin 9 is connected to GND.
