How to build and program wrist user interface

Question

I want to build a device that you could wear on your wrist that acts like a computer and also other things. I want it to have access to cameras I set up so I can watch and hear what's going on somewhere else and possibly alert me if my secrity alarm goes off. It can open documents and photos from a flashdriveand it could take notes. it could connect to anything I connect it to and have a few usb ports. It would use an arduino and a touchscreen but also be able to connect to a keyboard if I'm not wearing it. It would be similar to this.

I think you would have a difficult time with something as low profile as the image you posted, most of the functionality you are looking for would likely need to be built as something more like the image I attached. It might be possible, depending on the type of display you were to purchase, to have the screen be on your wrist with the computer portion elsewhere on your person connected by wiring, but I suspect you want more of an all-in-one unit where the computer and the display are both on your arm.

Although there is a company making this device https://cicret.com/wordpress/ the Cicrit, which is an interactive digital display projected onto your wrist and designed to connect to your smart phone, I suppose someone much more clever than I could reverse engineer this to connect to something like and Arduino or RasPi to get the same effect.

But I think that if you want to build it yourself you are going to need to sacrifice design a little bit to get functionality. I am very new to this world though and may be speaking out of hand.
