I just became a member a few days ago. I have been watching the Ben Heck show from the sidelines for quite a while, now I am joining the fun... Quick question, I can't seem to understand how the email notifications work. I read the wiki (How To - Email Notifications How To - Email Notifications) and it appears that the UI presented there may be not be current? That's ok, but here is what I am looking to do, maybe someone can point me in the correct direction:
1) Receive a daily email summary (as opposed to notifications sent right away). For example, when everyone is talking about whether we should meet in Chicago for a party (yes, Chicago!) I would like to receive one email a day rather than every time someone posts.
2) I love the "inbox" functionality where I can see my "messages" as if it were Gmail, etc. If I turn off email messaging, does this "inbox" on Element14.com stop working too?
Sorry for the noob questions, I'm just trying to get the most out of the system without overload, and I'm stumbling a bit.
