Simplicity Studio 5 Experts - how do I resolve a MCU flash problem on Windows only

I'm hoping one of our Element14 members can help with this very unusual problem.

For some unknown reason I am now unable to flash my BGM220 module from my Windows 10 computer. It appears to be Windows 10 related (or at least it's related to a setting on my Simplicity Studio on the Windows 10 computer) as I have no bother using an old Linux based laptop using Simplicity Studio 5. I would use the Linux computer but it is far too slow.

Now, the problem appears to be only related to the Bluetooth applications which I've built/compiled myself - so maybe it's size related, but then again I can also flash my BGM220 module with a Bluetooth demo program. I can also build and flash my BGM220 module with a standard example, like blinky for example, from my Windows 10 computer.

It also appears to be related to the BGM220 only as I can build and flash Bluetooth examples for my Thunderboard.

So I am scratching my head as to how to problem solve this one.

Any clues.

For some reason I'm losing the radio part. Strange that it never happened before. Maybe it's related to the new SDK version for Bluetooth, which has just been released.

Anyway, now relieved to have the solution. In way it reminds me of Nordic Devices where you have to flash your module with the soft device version first before uploading your application.
