Question

Looking for camera that will plug into any cell phone and work that is tiny in size for a project. Or how to take a camera out of an old cell phone and make it work with plugging it into any cell phone.

You will need to be more precise on the phone,camera and application as although the camera interfaces are semi standard each needs to be configured indicidually and also each have different connections and optical abilities.

If you want to experiment with a cell phone like camera you could do well to get a Rapbery Pi and the Camera module as this is quite close to what you are talking about

I have all this ordered but cameras are on back order & not going to receive camera until mid August.
