Oscilloscope Drivers

I'm trying to get a driver so that I can view information from my oscilloscope on my laptop (win 7, 64 bit). The vendor does not have functional software and Microsoft has not been helpful thus far. Your thoughts please....

I suggest you tell us the make and model number of your 'scope, and what interface options are installed.

It is an Owon Smart DS5032E o'scope, 30 MHz, 250 MSa/s. It is connected to my laptop using a USB cable.
