Thanks to element14, Project14, and Robot Santa I received a new shopping cart! I also got a new pin and blue man robot a while back.
Newark had a number of Microchip parts on sale so I picked up the MCP4921 (12 bit DAC), MCP3002 (10 bit ADC), MCP4162 (10k 257 step digital pot), and some op-amps. Not entirely sure what I'll do with those but if nothing else I will learn how to use them. To date, I've mostly used a syringe to place solder for surface mount parts but I plan to start ordering and using stencils more. Accordingly, I also ordered solder paste in a container but haven't received that yet.
